Divine grace, education, community, and COURAGE—these pillars have shaped me into the resilient woman I am today. At just nine years old, I faced the trauma of my father’s incarceration due to domestic violence. The absence of his presence led to years of struggling with self-worth, abandonment, and broken relationships. Yet, through faith and perseverance, I discovered healing, purpose, and the power of transformation.

Today, I am a nonprofit strategist, minister, and leadership coach with over two decades of experience in education, workforce development, and leadership training. I have led national and global initiatives, equipping individuals and organizations with strategies for success. As the founder of Next Steps Elevation, I help purpose-driven individuals launch and scale businesses, while Grace By Faith Network allows me to deliver Bible-based teachings that integrate faith with personal and professional growth.

Through my journey, I have learned that freedom is a gift from God—one that I am called to help others experience. Whether through coaching, consulting, or ministry, my mission is to guide others toward clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.
